Expectations Agreement Clergy/Staff
If this form has already been received via the e-signature request sent directly to your clergy leader, then no further action is needed. This form must be completed by the senior clergy and/or staff representative of the parish. Each parish must complete and sign this agreement prior to participation in RenewalWorks. Alternatively, you can download this .pdf version to print, sign, scan and email to Loren Dixon (ldixon@forwardmovement.org).
Expectations Agreement Lay Facilitator
Once a facilitator has been selected for your workshop team, please provide Loren with their email address and let them know to expect an e-signature request, as they will need to sign the expectations agreement as well. Alternatively, you can download this .pdf version to print, sign, scan and email to Loren. Please have the facilitator sign and return this agreement as soon as possible.
Cohort Schedule: Fall 2025
Each parish can schedule their workshops to best meet fit their needs. This document provides guidance for setting that schedule as well as important dates to note.

This book, written by RenewalWorks founder, Rev. Jay Sidebotham is an optional, but suggested reading. Many RenewalWorks churches have asked their vestries to read this together in order to better understand and embrace the RenewalWorks Team's suggestions. There is also a free study guide to accompany it.
